Cover Design

Includes:

Turnaround Time:

• Standard delivery is three weeks after receiving all required materials.

Revisions:

• Includes three rounds of modifications at no extra cost.

• Additional revisions are charged at 10% of the total cover price per round.

Formatting (eBook + Paperback)

Includes:

• Customized chapter headings and POVs

• Page breaks

• Print-ready and eBook-ready files

Turnaround Time:

• Standard delivery is two weeks after receiving the final manuscript and all necessary materials.

Pricing Details:

• Base price covers manuscripts up to 70,000 words

• Every additional 10,000 words = $10 USD

• Text message pages (texts/DMs/etc.) = $1 USD per page

• Extra images = $3 USD each

• Letters (graphic inserts) = $5 USD each

Typo Policy

• Up to 10 typos → free of charge

• 11–20 typos → $1 USD per typo

• More than 20 typos → A new clean manuscript is required, and formatting will be billed as a new full-price service

Black Friday Sale Terms and Conditions

Sale Duration:

The Black Friday sale begins on November 28th,2025, and concludes on November 30th, 2025 at midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Payment:

All purchases made during the Black Friday sale require full payment in advance. 

Non-Refundable:

All Black Friday sale transactions are non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.

Service Usage Period:

Clients who make purchases during the Black Friday sale may utilize the services they acquire starting from March 1st, 2026, until September 1st, 2026.

Revision Policy & Additional Change Fees

Black Friday sale prices include the standard number of revisions outlined in each service description. Any revisions requested beyond the included amount will incur an additional fee.

Extra changes, adjustments, or redesign requests not covered within the original scope of work will be billed separately. Fees for additional changes start at $10 USD per round depending on complexity, and will be quoted to the client before proceeding.

Rush changes or last-minute requests are also subject to additional fees.

Availability:

The utilization of services is subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate clients on their preferred dates, but availability is not guaranteed. Clients are encouraged to schedule and confirm their service usage well in advance to secure their preferred dates.

Modification of Service Dates:

Clients may request to modify their service dates, subject to availability. However, modifications are not guaranteed, and the original terms of service apply.

Expiration of Services:

All services purchased during the Black Friday sale must be utilized by September 1st, 2026. After this date, any unused services will expire, and no refunds or extensions will be granted.

PSD Files and Usage Rights

Editable source files (including but not limited to PSD, AI, or layered working files) are not included in any Black Friday sale pricing. All Black Friday purchases only include the final, delivered assets (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF, print-ready files, EPUB-ready files).

If the client wishes to obtain the editable source files or extended usage rights beyond the standard license granted with the final design, these must be purchased separately for an additional fee. Pricing for source files or extended rights will be provided upon request.

Transferability:

The services purchased during the Black Friday sale are non-transferable. They may only be used by the individual or entity named in the purchase transaction.

Cancellations by the Company:

In the unlikely event that the company is unable to fulfill a service, clients will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

General Terms:

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Black Friday sale at its discretion.
